General Policies:

These one-on-one sessions are available to take advantage of the knowledge I’ve gained over the years through my roles in business, operations management, as well as my time in the tattooing industry and personally owning and running my own Studio. 

I provide guidance on anything from portfolio curation, personal art style development, social media management and optimization, networking etiquette, event planning, and more. 

These sessions are meant to work with your goals and needs! Whether you want regular mentoring or need some one time guidance. 

With each session you’ll have my undivided time to work through whatever obstacles you may have and be provided with an actionable plan for your path forward. 

Confidentiality Agreement: 

  • Rest assured that all personal information shared during our sessions is held in strict confidence.

Preparation Requirements: 

  • Please bring or provide access to any materials (digital or physical) you wish us to review before our appointment. These can be sent via email attachments or URLs.

Follow-Up Support: 

  • Expect a follow-up email a week post-session to check on your progress and address any further questions. While I'm open to email queries, some issues might warrant additional one-on-one time, which can be arranged as needed.

Payment Policy:

  • Sessions must be paid for at the time of booking through our website, ensuring a smooth and secure transaction.

Outcome Disclaimer: 

  • While I offer experienced-based guidance, the effectiveness of the strategies discussed will largely depend on your own efforts and external circumstances.

Feedback Mechanism: 

  • Your feedback is invaluable. After our session, you'll receive a short survey inviting your thoughts on the experience. This helps me continually refine and enhance my coaching services.

Intellectual Property: 

  • Please note that all materials, strategies, or creative concepts developed during our sessions are considered proprietary to Hail Mary Studio. This includes any new artwork or business strategies conceived as a result of our coaching. While these insights are shared to aid in your development, the ownership of these intellectual assets remains with Hail Mary Studio.

Additional Notes:

  • Mary reserves the right to decline coaching projects at any time for any reason.

Safety:

  • For safety and sterility reasons, we cannot accommodate children in the studio. 

Late and No-Show Policy:

  • Being 15 minutes late without prior communication will be marked as a no-show

  • If there has been a no-show it may affect the ability to book future sessions 

  • Sessions are pre-paid and non-refundable

Rescheduling:

  • You have two allowed reschedules. Beyond that, a new payment for the session will be required.

  • Please provide at least 72 hours' notice for any rescheduling.

  • Rescheduling can be done from the confirmation e-mail
